We regularly organise training sessions – under the Baskerville Academy moniker – in which relevant developments in such fields as company law, employment law, Dutch anti-trust law and contract law, are discussed with or presented to our Associates. Some training sessions are inspired by developments in case law, others by participants’ suggestions.
