We set up the legal framework for a firm that develops high-grade agricultural products and exports them around the globe. This was crucial, given the company’s highly complex and risky operation. Once this framework was in place, we wrapped up the project in stages to ensure that the organisation was able to do it 'itself’.

Result: The organisation can now maintain our package of contracts and conditions with our lawyer providing back-up assistance as a flexible walking encyclopaedia.
