We screened and structured the participation portfolio in a very short space of time, after which we implemented and documented the procedures to be followed in the future.
Result: Our client immediately gained more of a handle on and understanding of potential risks in participations, the cost of legal support and managing existing participations. The collaborative venture was extended.
