This report, which will be issued for the second time, is produced by Boer & Croon on behalf of Eversheds Faasen and this time in collaboration with Baskerville and
Nyenrode Business University More than 80 general counsels from leading organisations took part in this survey, along with ten managing partners from international law firms active the Netherlands. The results of this unique survey were presented on 30 September 2010.
